Ph. D.Zeynel Abidin Erdem

 He was on 15 Fabuary 1944 in the country of Savur in Mardin.After his graduation from Yildiz University Faculty of Chemistry in 1970, he worked as an assistant in the Chair of Industrial Inorganic Chemistry between 1973-1976.He successfully completed the PhD program of Istanbul University Faculty of Management.He was the president of Istanbul Chamber of Chemical Engineers between 1972-1974,the General President of Kimsan Is ve Isçi Sendikasi.He was the founder of MDP City Organization in 1983.Dr. Erdem began his business life in 1965.At the moment he is the President of the Board of Directors of Erdem Holding Inc.,Genpa Genel Pazarlama Inc.,Ertel Erdem Telekominikasyon Inc.,and Erdem Bilgisayar Inc.
Besides being the Honorary Consul OF Sudan in Istanbul-Turkey, Dr. Zeynel Abidin Erdem is also the Director of Turkish-Spanish Business Council and TABA-Turkish American Businees Association.He Is the ex-President of The Clup of Rome Turkey,the General Secretary of Turgut özal Research Association and Wakf for Intellectual Idea Development,a member of the Executive Board of DEIK-Foreign Economic Relations Council,Chemistry Association of Turkey,T.M.M.O.B. Istanbul Chamber of Chemical Engineers and Chemistry Wakf of Turkey. Dr.Zeynel Abidin Erdem continues his social services through his Presidency of MAR-EV-Association of Businessmen of Mardin, and through his membership of STV Samanyolu TV Board of High Consultancy.
Dr.Erdem is closely affiliated with sports.He is actively involved in team sports like basketball and volleyball and plays tennis and golf.With his active membership of the Board of Directors of Federation of Sailing,his Honorary membership of National Golf Clup and finally with his active membership of Klassis Golf Clup, Dr.Erdem takes every opportunity to volunteer for such social and sportive activities. Dr.Zeynel Abidin Erdem is married and is a father of 2 children.
